Project Director

Qualifications :-
• Male, at least 45 years (Thai nationality)
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Over 25 years working experience, preferably in big shopping center and high rise building with successful projects reference.
• At least 10 year experience working in CM company.
• Possessing active professional license
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, influencing, and communication skill
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time (if needed)
• Good command of English
• Be part of Corporate Internal Audit Team and member of Senior Management Team




Senior Project Manager

Qualifications :-
• Male, at least 40 years (Thai nationality) with people management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Over 20 years working experience, preferably in big shopping center and high rise building.
  Work experience in CM company will be a plus.
• Possessing active professional license
• Strong experience of construction detailing and be able to work independently
• Ability to coordinate with a team of owners, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders
• Be part of Corporate Internal Audit Team and member of Senior Management Team




Senior Manager (QS)

Qualifications :-
• Male, at least 40 years (Thai nationality)
• Bachelor's Degree in CIVIL Engineering or related field
• Strong background in cost management and quantity surveyor, preferably in big shopping center and high rise building, and factory.
• Team management, creative mindset, positive attitudes, strong negotiation skill and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with a team of owners, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Lead a team of QS company-wide
• Be part of Corporate Internal Audit Team, a member of Senior Management Team




Project Manager

Qualifications :-
• Male, at least 35 years (Thai nationality) with people management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Over 15 years working experience, preferably in big shopping center and high rise building
• Possessing active Professional License
• Strong experience of construction detailing and be able to work independently
• Ability to coordinate with a team of owners, contractors, designers, and other stakeholders




Architect / Senior Architect

Qualifications :-
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience in big shopping center, high rise building, and hotel will be an advantage
• Background in a project management and control (not only design)
• Licensed Architect




M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer

Qualifications :-
• Male, at least 30 years old (Thai nationality)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years working experience, preferably in big shopping center and high rise building
• Licensed Engineer




Office Engineer / Q.S.

Qualifications :-
• Male or Female, at least 30 years old (Thai nationality)
• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
• Minimum 7 years working experience, preferably in big shopping center
• Able to work upcountry
• Work Location : Udonthani Province
  (But will be stationed in head office @ K.M.4.5 Bangna-Trad Road for the beginning 1-3 months)




Foreman / Inspector

Qualifications :-
• Male age between 27-40 years
• Diploma in related fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Civil, etc)
• Minimum 7 years working experience, experience in big shopping center will be a plus.
• Ability to work in both Bangkok and upcountry if assigned




Safety Officer

Qualifications :-
• Male, at least 25 years old
• Diploma with Professional Safety Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety or related field
• Background in working with construction / consultant company, or shopping center is a plus
• Good human relations
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and out of normal working hours if required




Site Administrator

Qualifications :-
• Female age between 20 – 30 years
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Good human relations, pleasant personality and service mind
• Good coordination and documentation skills
• Computer literate in MS Office, MS Outlook and Internet
• Background working in construction industry is a plus
• Work Location : Either Bangna-Trad Road (Bangkok) or Udonthani Province
